How do I access my purchases?
You can log into your member account here:
You would have chosen your user name and password when you created your account, and it was mailed to you at that time.
If you no longer have your password handy, you can reset it on the login page. If you don’t know your user name, you can also enter the email you used when you registered. Be aware that this might be your PayPal email.
If you need further assistance, please open a ticket, and we can retrieve your user name and reset your password for you.
