My friend and mentor Kelly McCausey has always (well, as long as I've known her, anyway) begun each year by deciding on a theme. Her theme becomes the guide in every choice she makes for her business, kind of like a business plan, but not as dry. This year I'm going to do the same. My theme is focus.
