Okay, the FTC says I have to tell you this: I sell stuff on this blog. Shocking, huh?

They tried to make it much more complicated than that–they’re the government, after all–but my mantra has always been, keep it simple, stupid.

So here’s the deal. Some links on this blog are affiliate links. That means I get paid if you click on that link and then buy the product or service. There are also some ads on this site. They generally are in the sidebar, but I reserve the right to add them directly to posts if I so choose.

They (the FTC) also said that I have to tell you if any of my posts are sponsored, or if I have been given free review copies or other preferential treatment. So far, that hasn’t happened. I promise to tell you if it does.

What else…oh yeah, if I use testimonials from customers who say that my sparkling copy increased their sales by 300% in two days, I also have to tell you what the average consumer can expect. Since I moved my professional site to All Quality Content, I don’t have testimonials on this site, so I just won’t worry about that one.

I’m probably missing something vitally important, so if you’re from the FTC and want to talk to me about it, you can contact me here.

There, that wasn’t so bad. Carry on!
